1. Age Requirements & Federal Compliance
In accordance with United States federal, state, and local firearms laws:
- You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase handguns, handgun ammunition, or stripped receivers/frames.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase rifles, shotguns, or long gun ammunition, unless stricter state laws apply in your jurisdiction.
- By placing an order, you certify that you are legally permitted to purchase, receive, and possess firearms and ammunition under federal and local law.
2. Firearm Sales & FFL Transfers
All firearms ordered online must be shipped directly to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) holder. Duke's Sport Shop does not ship firearms directly to individual non-licensed residential addresses. Background checks (NICS or state equivalent) are conducted by your receiving FFL dealer upon pickup.
3. User Responsibility & Local Laws
It is the customer's sole responsibility to verify that any item purchased—including high-capacity magazines, AR-15 pistols, tactical shotguns, and optics—is legal in their city, county, and state prior to completing checkout.
4. Pricing & Inventory Accuracy
While we make every effort to ensure accurate pricing and inventory levels, Duke's Sport Shop reserves the right to cancel orders arising from typographical errors, inventory miscounts, or price mismatches. If an order is canceled, a full refund will be issued promptly.
