Refunds and Returns Policy

At Duke's Sport Shop, customer satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. Please read our policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Firearm Return Policy

Inspect your firearm thoroughly at your receiving FFL dealer BEFORE completing Form 4473 and accepting the transfer:

• If you discover any defect or issue prior to transfer, refuse the transfer and contact us immediately at sales@dukes-sport-shop.com.
• If the transfer is refused, we will arrange for the firearm to be returned to Duke's Sport Shop. A refund or replacement will be issued upon inspection, subject to a 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs.
• If a firearm is denied background check clearance, the purchase price will be refunded minus shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee upon return of the item.

2. Non-Firearm Accessories & Optics Returns

General merchandise including optics (holographic sights, scopes), tactical gear, apparel, and holsters can be returned within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Items must be brand new, unopened, and in original manufacturer packaging with all documentation and tags.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to federal safety regulations and legal compliance, the following items CANNOT be returned:

• Ammunition of any caliber
• Black powder or smokeless reloading powder
• Primers
• Used or mounted optics

4. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return authorization for eligible accessories, contact our support team at sales@dukes-sport-shop.com with your order number and detailed photos of the item. You can browse our active product listings at dukes-sport-shop.com/shop.
