Shipping Policy

Duke's Sport Shop ships firearms, optics, ammunition, and shooting gear in strict compliance with federal, state, and local firearms laws across the United States.

1. Firearm Shipping Guidelines

All firearms (handguns, shotguns, rifles, stripped receivers) must be shipped to a verified Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer:

• Handguns are shipped via expedited carrier services to comply with carrier regulations.
• Long guns (shotguns, hunting rifles) ship standard ground service.
• Customers are responsible for selecting or providing an FFL dealer's details during checkout.

2. Ammunition & Hazardous Material Shipping

Ammunition is shipped via ground freight in accordance with federal regulations:

• Ammunition cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
• Adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery for all ammunition shipments.
• Certain state restrictions apply (e.g., California, New York, Illinois, Massachusetts require shipments to go to FFLs or permit holders).

3. Shipping Lead Times & Tracking

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days following receipt of the receiving FFL's license documentation. Once dispatched, tracking information will be emailed to you.
